Hello all,
In our modern world, a lot of us struggle with sleep, relaxing or even having a calm mind.
You are invited to this class where we will go through a series of practices that will relax you through the breath and body.
Sleep techniques and releasing tension in the body.
Breathing exercises that help you breathe optimally and practices to fall asleep more easily.
Please wear loose clothing, this is a group class and you will be self-administering the practices with guidance by me.
