If you have concerns for your Bub's (0-3yrs) sleep, or want to know more about how to help them sleep, join our Parent Talk with Sleep Consultant Kate, from Sleep, Play, Grow.

Session will begin at 9.30, but please arrive early to settle in from 9.10

Topic will include:
- the sleep environment (including safe sleeping)
- night wakings
- day sleep
- developmental stages
- sleep regressions
- routine guides
- creating healthy sleep habits for life
- Q&A

Please only register yourself, as accompanying babies are welcome and do not require a ticket. We will be set up in a larger room, with space for prams.

If you are unable to make it, please let Aimee (0424 811 238) know so someone else may attend.

Please note, we are funded by the Department of Social Services, and required to collect information from participants, which is deidentified. The Department occasionally will have us send out a survey on their behalf, your contact information will not be shared.
