Sleep Love Grow-Sleep Program Narrabri

This 2 hour small group session offers a supportive and informative space for parents and carers to explore and address common sleep challenges experienced by infants and young children. Whether you're struggling with catnapping, frequent night waking that may not be age-appropriate, or you're seeking guidance on helping your child develop independent sleep habits - this session is designed to help.

You are encouraged to use the follow up support available to you after the session which includes 1 email and 1 phone call with the sleep consultant.

Partners or support people are encouraged to come along.

Light refreshments will be available.

Little ones under the age of 12 months are welcome to accompany you although to get the most out of this session we recommend that you leave you little ones in the care of someone you trust.
