When exhausted new mum Nadia seeks healing at the luxurious Head to Health retreat, she is thrust into three distinct worlds that explore how society defines and controls female wellness through the ages. Darkly comic and genre-bending, the series is a powerful exploration of mental health, identity, and the myth of modern wellness.

Originally developed through real stories and research with Girls Act Good and first staged at La Mama Theatre in 2023, Slightly Cracked was independently adapted for screen into a TRILOGY by Jennifer Monk with Lisa Dallinger and Laura Jane Turner through JMONK Vision, with Monk serving as co-writer, director, producer, and actor.

The series has received international acclaim, winning multiple awards including Best Series, Best Writing, Best Actress, and Best Director at festivals across Australia, the USA, and Spain.

More than a screening, this is a warm and welcoming Sunday afternoon of stories, laughter, and lightly unfiltered conversation—a chance to come together, connect, reflect, and celebrate the strength, humour, and complexity of women’s experiences.
