As part of ADW Adelaide Design Week every*one, SLOT is an exhibition that explores propositions, explorations and curiosities. Encouraging designers, makers, architects, artists and creative voyeurs to collaborate and respond to a brief of simplicity - to design objects, furniture, artwork, anything - without the need fixings. The act of 'slotting' inspires the action, and in turn, the proposals.

This opening event is the opportunity to engage with the works, meet the makers and designers, and hopefully leave inspired and intrigued about how an action can provoke form.

Exhibition Hours:

Fri 16.10, 10am - 4pm

Sat 17.10, 10am - 4pm

Select works will also be available for purchase (with the agreed - and obvious - understanding that each piece is a unique prototype and its use should be appropriate its level of resolution and nature).
