Slow + Boring® Social Ride
Description
Like cycling, but mostly the bit where you stop for coffee? We’ve planned a ride around exactly that.
It’s a social loop through Auckland’s eastern bays and into the city, with a coffee and morning tea shout along the way, brought to you by Boring® Oat Milk and Slow Coffee.
Slow and Boring isn’t usually what you’d want on a group ride. This time it’s the point.
Your ride leader is Sam Dakin, two-time Olympian, Commonwealth Games bronze medallist and the founder of Slow Coffee. He’s spent his career going as fast as possible. Sunday is his day off.
No one’s timing anything, no lycra required, and there’s no pressure to keep up. You’ll get filter coffee and Mibo pastries in St Heliers at the start, a free coffee at Parable House halfway, and drinks back in St Heliers at the finish.
Come for the ride, or come for the coffee. We won’t ask which.
Limited spots available. Be one of the first 25 to register and you’ll receive:
A limited edition Slow + Boring® insulated steel water bottle
200g Slow x Boring coffee
