FAQ
Q: I have tried yoga before. I'm not flexible and I cannot keep up.
A: This is an intuitive yoga class, our focus will be to listen to our bodies response. The first half of this class we be laying on our backs on the mat, we slowly move our way to seated then back to laying down. There are no standing postures in this very gentle class. Please listen to your guidance within, this is very important. Moving slowly allows our minds to slow down, we can also hear and feel the guidance. Please come along and try this style of flow.
Q: I'm embarrassed, I do not have a yoga body.
A: This is so very common to feel and guess what, Neither do I! Any shape, frame, size body can do yoga. As this is an intuitive flow each person will be focussed on their own breath and body and strengthening the connection and communication between them. Many people feel this same way but the focus in this class is not about being able to achieve the postures and look great doing them, it is about listening to ourselves and cultivating that connection within. I talk more about this in class.
Q: Can I pay with my card when I arrive?
