Adult Slow Flow Danceskating Workshop @ Orion Events/Julia Ross Dance studio

Only Adults!! We will work on a slow flow Dance Skating. We will move our hips and incorporate slow gentle movements to get more control over our body and strength. We will do a little choreography to a Dance created by Skylarr.
