Come and experience 75mins to slow down and connect to yourself. We use gentle movements to open the body and then move into slow flowing yoga. Options are provided for all levels of ability and students are encouraged to connect to their own body and breath as their teacher. Classes include meditation and breathwork, finishing with a deeply restorative and restful yoga nidra practice which is practiced lying down. Blankets are provided. Please bring a mat and any props you may like.
