Event description

This is a 6-week yoga program designed for surfers to improve surfing mobility and to help you to move better in and out of the water.

But! You don’t have to surf to join. Anyone is welcome, so bring a friend or that person who's always talked about trying yoga.

The class tickets will be run on a donation-based system (so pay what you can).


🧘‍♀️ When & Where
The classes will be run from Motion Health & Wellness Clinic in Scarborough (Above Two Slices).

The program will be run every Wednesday evening from 7-8 pm from May 7th - June 11th.



🌊 What to Expect

The program will be run on an alternating schedule: 3 weeks of mobility classes (targeting specific joints/muscles/movements) and 3 weeks of flow classes, alternating every second week!

- Week 1 (May 7th) - Movement & Mobility

- Week 2 (May 14th) - Slow Flow

- Week 3 (May 21st) - Movement & Mobility 

- Week 4 (May 28th) - Slow Flow

- Week 5 (June 4th) - Movement & Mobility

- Week 6 (June 11th) - Slow Flow


Mats and props will be provided. Just bring water and wear something comfy to move in.
