SLOW FLOW & YIN YOGA SUNDAYS ❤️ 🧘‍♀️

Join me, every Sunday from 4:30-5:45pm for your yoga practice at The Forrestfield Shala (6058)

In this Slow Flow and Yin Yoga class, we'll take things at a slower pace, and combining active movement, with some passive long-held poses and always, Meditation. This class is suitable for both those new to yoga, and seasoned practitioners. Perfect to unwind and reset at the end of your week.

What to expect: 

✨ Combining a flow-style yoga class that moves more slowly than a regular flow. Moving through a series of fluid postures an emphasis on linking breath to movement, while relieving tension in the body, holding stretches and moving mindfully....

✨ And Yin Yoga passive practice where seated or lying poses are held from 3 to 5 minutes. The practice of Yin emphasises stillness, surrender, and compassion. Passively holding increases flexibility, releases tension, gently stresses fascias, and cultivates body/ breath awareness preparing the body for meditation. 

✨ Meditation, visualisation, pranayama (yogic breathwork), and essential oils infused into class

✨  Time to unwind and reconnect to yourself amongst the trees in the foothills of Perth. 

✨ Connection to a beautiful community of likeminded souls.

🌸 Please bring a yoga mat, pillow and blanket and bring extra layers to be warm enough during meditation.
