Come along as we begin the evening with slow flow yoga (beginner friendly), softly moving & stretching our bodies as we bring our awareness back to the present moment, connecting our movement to our breathe. Releasing the energy we need to move through and allowing ourselves to easily settle in and be fully immersed in the beautiful Sounds and vibrations that are created by Pure Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls.

This is such a powerful form of meditation and I cannot wait to share this with you!

It is a great way to come together in a happy and positive environment, meet new people and have the opportunity to find a moment of peace where the benefits will ripple into all aspects of your life.

Yoga & Sound/vibrational meditations have many incredible benefits like:

We will be in the beautiful FS8 studio where the sound will be amplified by the space so you can really be immersed.

Yoga mat

Blanket, pillow, eye mask, anything to make you extra comfy!

Water bottle! Keeping hydrated improves focus
