Bring Friend for FREE!
If you know of someone who may be in need of some rest & rejuvenation or you don’t want to come by yourself.. bring someone along and they come for free! Share the love 🫶🏼

Come along as we begin the evening with slow flow yoga (beginner friendly), softly moving & stretching our bodies as we bring our awareness back to the present moment, connecting our movement to our breathe. Releasing the energy we need to move through and allowing ourselves to easily settle in and be fully immersed in the beautiful Sounds and vibrations that are created by Pure Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls.

This is such a powerful form of meditation and I cannot wait to share this with you!

It is a great way to come together in a happy and positive environment, meet new people and have the opportunity to find a moment of peace where the benefits will ripple into all aspects of your life.

Yoga & Sound/vibrational meditations have many incredible benefits like:

~ stress & anxiety reduction

~ encourages relaxation & calming of the adrenals

~ enhances yoga and meditation sessions

~ assists with the immune system through creating a state within the body for best recovery. (parasympathetic state)

~ some also find pain relief

~ chakra balancing (our bodies energy centres)

~ overall improved emotional, mental and physical well-being

We will be in the beautiful FS8 studio where the sound will be amplified by the space so you can really be immersed.

WHAT TO BRING?

Yoga mat

Blanket, pillow, eye mask, anything to make you extra comfy!

Water bottle! Keeping hydrated improves focus

I can't wait to meet you and create a space for you to relax, restore & reconnect with yourself!
