Slow Food Spring Lunch at Fiore – Down the Rabbit Hole Wines

Celebrate the season of Spring with Slow Food South Australia in the heart of Fleurieu wine country in McLaren Vale. We will enjoy a welcome drink and take a walk through Fiore Restaurant's kitchen garden before lunch. Hear about the love and passion behind this unique place from owner Dominic Palumbo who will share the story of how he and Elise Cook started Down the Rabbit Hole Wines, its evolvement, and their focus on winemaking with biodynamic principles. 

Executive Chef and Slow Food member Nick Tadija will also speak about his Italian inspired menu, cooking philosophy and connection with the Slow Food movement – a connection which had a profound effect on his career at a young age. His kitchen team's dishes reflect their passionate knowledge and skill in creating a menu that pleases the senses.

Ticket price includes a welcome drink and 3-course shared lunch. Most dietaries can be catered for, please notify when booking.
