Description

Take a break from the everyday stressors of university life and feel grounded and refreshed with this slow looking session, run by UQ Art Museum. You’ll be guided to look slowly and mindfully at an artwork, followed by gentle conversation and personal reflection prompts to support relaxation and connection.

Everyone is welcome – you don’t need to have any prior knowledge about art or experience talking about it.

Students who attend will receive free UQ Art Museum merch. Snacks provided!

This program is designed especially for students as part of Student Health Month, organised by UQ Wellbeing.
