Slow Stitched Fabric Vessels
Description
Give leftover and reclaimed fabrics a new purpose by transforming them into a small hand-stitched fabric vessel.
Using slow stitching techniques, you’ll layer, piece and join fabric scraps, experimenting with colour, texture and simple hand stitches as you build your vessel. There’s no need for perfectly matched fabrics or precise stitching — the character comes from combining different materials and allowing their previous life to become part of the finished piece.
Suitable for all skill levels, this hands-on workshop combines creative reuse with practical hand-sewing skills. You’ll leave with a unique fabric vessel that can be used for storing small treasures, craft supplies or simply enjoyed as a decorative piece.
