Join Mel from Inner Alchemy for a slow Sunday afternoon meditation and sound healing at beautiful La Tierra Curativa retreat space.

We will begin with some pranayama to relax the nervous system, then Mel will guide you through a gentle chakra meditation to balance your energy centres, followed by a guided sound healing & inner journey where the crystal sing bowls and chimes bring you into resonance with earth's energy 432 Hz and the guided journey speaks to your deep subconscious mind allowing stress and tension to melt away.

The perfect way to finish your weekend with self love and to ease you into the evening in a healing state of rest and digest, so you can nourish your body mind and spirit.
