We’ll relish in the space to take our time, to tap into connection, into imagination, and into ourselves: steeping in all the little sensations dancing on your skin and the layers deep within. An integration of astrology, somatic exploration, fluid and static movement and an infinite embrace of the both/and, this practice will take shape and change form as we do. Love letters to ourselves to write the romance of the collective.

This is a donation-based offering in the spirit of service where all are warmly welcome, so please don’t let funds be a barrier to embracing this space in the Temple. Your presence and being are meaningful energetic currency. If monetary contributions are available to you, the exchange requested is $11-$22 with abundance offerings graciously received.

Bek (she/they) is a lifelong student of movement and energy, a Virgo with an acute orientation to the details and a human with an intimate embrace of all the lusciousness this life has to offer. Bek is returning to teaching after a (too-long) hiatus and is deeply grateful for the chance to hold this space in/with/for community at Flow State in the magic that is the temple.
