Slow Sundays: Your Monthly Yin & Sound Healing Ritual
Slow Sundays: Your Monthly Yin & Sound Healing Ritual 🌿✨
Slow Sundays: The Final Session 🌿✨
This is the last Slow Sundays — six months of yin yoga and sound healing, closing right on the threshold between winter and spring.
We began in March, when the cooler months were just settling in. Now we close in August, as Sydney turns toward spring. This final session is a chance to arrive exactly as you are, one more time, and let the season complete itself properly.
Each session has blended:
Yin yoga to gently stretch and soften the body
Sound healing to calm the mind and regulate the nervous system
What to expect
Slow, floor-based yin postures held for several minutes
Guided rest and breath awareness
Sound healing using singing bowls and gentle instruments
A closing moment of integration and intention
Who it's for
Anyone feeling overstimulated, tired, or overwhelmed
Those wanting deeper rest than a typical yoga class
Anyone craving softness instead of striving
Pricing: Wellbeing for everyone
We use a tiered pricing model so that more people can come through the door. Choose the ticket that honestly reflects where you are right now.
🌱 $22: Supported Access For students and those experiencing financial hardship. If cost is a barrier, this ticket is genuinely yours. No explanation needed.
🌿 $55: Standard The full cost of the session. A fair exchange that sustains the work.
🌻 $88: Pay It Forward If you have the means and want to extend this space to someone who doesn't, this is how. Your generosity directly subsidises a supported access seat.
All tickets include the same full experience. The price is simply a reflection of where you are, not your worth or your welcome.
Giving back
This is the closing session of a six-month container that began in March. All proceeds from tonight go directly to Batyr, a charity dedicated to mental health and suicide prevention for young people.
