This is an interactive artwork that invites racers to walk inch-per-inch of their foot towards the finish line. Sign up to join as a racer or to watch the race in action!
The Saturday, 21 October event features a flexible race design. Anyone is welcome to drop in anytime and challenge someone to a slow race across their preferred distance. Race tracks and bibs are provided for the race.
This work contemplates the invisible factors that influence the way we understand and respond to time through our actions.
This is a flexible participatory performance. Feel free to rock up anytime between the start and end time of the event.
The Friday, 13 October event (completed) featured a 40-meter race between Jessica and a guest racer that took 2.5 hours.
