You sit at your desk alone. Again.

That task you've been avoiding for weeks? Still sitting there.

The content you need to create? Still blank.

The strategy work that would actually move your business forward? Pushed to "next week."

And the isolation? It's time we addressed it.

No one to bounce ideas off. No accountability. No community. Just you, your to-do list, and the constant feeling that you're doing it wrong.

THE RELIEF

What if you had:

✓ Four focused hours to actually make progress

✓ Community of entrepreneurs who get it

✓ Gentle accountability without pressure

✓ Space to work at your own pace

✓ Energy left over—not depleted

All in one morning, once a month.

THE TRANSFORMATION

Before This Morning:

Procrastinating alone. Scattered focus. No accountability. Feeling isolated. Overwhelmed by your list. Avoiding the important work.

After This Morning:

Real progress made. Task completed (or significantly advanced). Community connection. Energy still intact. Momentum for your afternoon. Reminder that you're not alone.

No more isolation. No more procrastination. No more dread.

WHAT TO WORK ON

Come with 1-2 tasks you've been putting off.

Great session work:

Business strategy and planning
Content creation (writing captions, scheduling)
Website copy updates
Brand development
Planning launches or workshops
Email sequences
Marketing campaigns
Creative thinking and problem-solving
Anything requiring sustained focus

Not ideal:

Client calls (this is protected time)
Administrative tasks requiring constant interruptions
Work needing absolute silence

THIS IS FOR YOU IF

You work primarily alone and feel the isolation

You have tasks that feel easier with gentle accountability

You value health and wellbeing alongside business success

You're tired of hustle culture and want to work sustainably

You want community without performative networking

You're multidimensional and refuse to fit into boxes

You need permission to work at your own pace

THIS ISN'T FOR YOU IF

You need a silent library environment

You're looking for traditional business networking

You want to power through massive lists at breakneck speed

You need to take client calls during the session

You can't commit to the full 4 hours (9am-1pm)

THE SPACE

Theia, Woy Woy

Fair warning: This isn't a fancy co-working space with standing desks and unlimited coffee.

It's grassroots. Creative. Real. The kind of space where actual ideas show up.

Choose your setup:

Trestle tables
Coffee table style
Couches
Floor cushions

Walking distance to local cafes. Steps from the waterfront.

The vibe: Warm, grounded, creative. No corporate pretense.
