Join us for a gentle 60 minute slow flow yoga class at the beautiful Araluen Botanic park.

Slow flow yoga encourages you to relax and find your own pace and flow. It aids us to build strength, balance and coordination while softening and releasing tension in the right moments.

The class will run from 9.15 to 10.15, however we will be serving tea and socialising from 9.00

Ticket price includes entry fee to the park so we strongly encourage you to stay and explore the gorgeous gardens afterward.
