Join our 90 minute Slow Yoga Flow and Sound Journey this Wednesday at 11:00 AM. A gentle class for everyone who would like to explore Yoga and its benefits.

This class is ideal to slow down your mind, let go of any stress or anxiety and reconnect with your body. A relaxing and nurturing session to bring balance in the body and peace in the mind.

Additionally, to the physical practice with gentle and restorative movements, we will experience a sound journey with Crystal and Tibetan bowls, American Indian flute, drums and other sacred wind and percussion instruments.

During the 90 minutes we will also experience a gentle body awareness meditation and a brief breathing practice to bring us back to presence.

You don’t need to be flexible to come and practice yoga with us, you don’t need any special outfits or have a particular body type. You just need to show up and bring an intention to participate.

After the class we will go to the local cafe for a bite to eat, you are welcome to join us 😊

About the host:

Cristian Trujillo

Cristian is a mindfulness coach and business mentor, he uses traditional practices, yoga, coaching methods, healing techniques and business experience to help people move forward in their lives or businesses. Cristian was born in Chile and moved to Australia 17 years ago. Over the years he has walked many paths that allowed him to accumulate a wide variety of experience.

In his work as a facilitator he brings together his experience as a Yoga Teacher, Reiki Healer, Breathwork facilitator and Certified Coach. He also incorporates the principles he has practised as an Engineer, Videographer, Entrepreneur, Lecturer and Business Mentor.

Cristian has a heart centred and gentle approach and is passionate about sharing the ancient traditional practices and philosophy from yoga. He believes that healing doesn't have to be painful and that it is important to have an integral approach and address the needs of the body, the mind, the heart and the soul.

Cristian is based in the Sunshine Coast and is the founder of Yandina Yoga and Breathwork, where he shares the practices of Yoga and Breathwork with people who would like to get started in these practices. Cristian runs workshops, retreats and speaking engagements across Australia and Overseas.
