He can draw from his own experience, where he started a consulting agency, providing support to various small to medium businesses, across a wide variety of industries, specialising in HR, Conflict and Operations.

After 11 years Dean decided to steer his goals more towards helping others. Dean’s experience also includes, Operations and Cost Accounting for Manufactures, Financial Controlling for Multi Million Property Development Projects, International Supply Chain Management, Chairman for a Large Industrial Credit Union, Managed/Implemented various projects and voluntary work to support workshops and groups.

Dean has a large family of five children and values the importance of building a business/career to suit the lifestyle we aspire too.
