Balingup Small Farm Experience 2021 - Farm Visit - Self Drive (approx 3 kms from The Village Green)

Bossy Boots- Certified Organic Farm 

This 40 acre property is in beautiful Balingup, with rolling hills, surrounded by native forest and pine plantations.

Seasonal vegetables are our main production income, selling produce to the Perth Central Markets and processors.  A commercial kitchen was built to ‘value add’ the produce we grow.

With 5 ha under production in any growing season, we grow:

Tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchini, eggplant, capsicum, silverbeet, celery, beetroot, plus a range of smaller lines in summer. In winter, we grow broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, leeks, kale, onions and a range of other lines. 

We are one of the older organic farms in WA. 

Please note farm visits include walking on steps, uneven ground and around worksites.

Children under 15 may attend farm tours at no cost if accompanied by their parent/s and supervised by them at all times. Parents retain responsibility for the behaviour and safety of their children on the tour.
