  • Your order will be reserved but sent to you only after the full payment plan has been completed.
  • A minimum upfront payment is required to secure your order. This includes a surcharge, a non-refundable cancellation fee, and a refundable deposit.
  • You’ll receive a notification before each payment attempt. You must ensure sufficient funds are available.

Happy Glamper booking site for your Glamping Tent accommodation throughout the event.

Please choose your glamping option ensuring you have chosen the correct bedding configuration for your needs.

Your glamping tent will be set up with:

• Bed configuration: Queen &/or king single mattresses depending on your requirement.

Bedding: Fitted sheet, pillows, pillowcases, doona and doona cover, woollen blankets & cushions;

• Decorative bunting;

• Internal lighting (1 x LED lantern);

• Internal and external mats;

• Bin with bin liner;

• Fairy lights per tent

• Small table

And your tent clearly numbered so you know which one is yours.
