Come and join me for a fully guided, intimate, small group breathwork journey!
This small group journey will be a maximum of 7 people, allowing more space for connection, sharing and support. During this 2 hour workshop you will experience a deeper connection with yourself, your body, your emotions and your breath. This is the perfect space for beginners to be held, ask questions and dive deep, as well as experienced breathers who have already started their healing journey with breath.
Breathwork is a powerful tool we can use to better understand ourselves, release unprocessed experiences, to anchor further into presence and to become better resourced at handling daily life stressors. You are your own healer, and breathwork is a direct gateway to access this inherit power within us.
We will use the Sacred Breath Method which is a nose inhale mouth exhale approach of conscious connected breathing for deep and safe unwinding and healing.

What to expect:

~ Break through emotional blockages and create safety within your body
~ Reacquaint with your inner healer and true power
~ Quietening of your monkey mind
~ Deepen your connection to yourself
~ Time to connect with community and like-minded people

What to bring:
~ Your beautiful, open-minded self
~ Yoga mat
~ Blanket
~ Thin pillow for under your head (optional)
~ Water bottle (no glass please)
~ Journal (optional)
~ Wear comfortable clothing such as something you can move freely in. Bring a jumper and socks incase you get cold.
~ Do not eat anything too heavy within an hour of the journey, simply for your own comfort
