The Story Bridge is Brisbane’s most iconic structure and the best way to see Brisbane is by climbing it! On Tuesday, 24th October 2023 we will be climbing the Story Bridge in aid of Small Steps for Hannah. The Small Steps 4 Hannah Foundation exists to HALT the cycle of domestic violence so that everyone can feel respected, informed, confident to act, and safe.

Story Bridge Adventure Climb management are supporting Small Steps 4 Hannah and offering climbs at below half price with all proceeds directly to our charity. Tickets normally $160, for our special event, you can purchase tickets for only $50 per person thanks to Story Bridge Adventure Climb management supporting our important charity.

- The climb experience takes approximately 2 hours. This includes your briefing, safety demonstration and the climb route.

- Children between 6-16 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian whilst climbing. (Children between 6-9 must have 1 adult to 1 child ratio and children between 10-16 can have 1 adult to 3 children ratio). Please note, children under the age of 6 will be unable to participate in the climb.

- All climbers are supplied with a fully enclosed climb suit. Our climb leaders will talk to you about the weather conditions on the day and will suggest what would be comfortable to wear on the climb in conjunction with your climb suit. Accessories provided are, but not limited to; hats, sunglasses, lanyards, rain resistant jackets and sunscreen. All climbers are required to wear fully enclosed rubber soled footwear.

- You must have a blood-alcohol reading below 0.05 to Climb (the same as if you are driving). To ensure you are eligible to climb on the day, keep your celebration drinks for after your Climb. It will be worth it!

-  You don’t need experience, you just need to have a go! Some of our friends have even climbed the bridge to overcome a fear of heights. We offer a secure environment to face your fear and our Climb Leaders are there to look after you every step of the way.
