Small Treasure Purse, sewing and weaving, Ages 6+, $75

In our weaving and sewing workshop, kids will learn the fantastic skill of simple loom weaving and fundamental sewing techniques to create a personalized purse to hold their treasures.

More than just a beautiful craft, weaving is a perfect way to practice a growth mindset! As kids face the fun challenges of a new technique, they'll learn to handle mistakes with grace, turn frustrations into creative solutions, and build the confidence to persevere. This workshop blends art and essential life skills, giving your child a powerful reminder of the importance of trying new things, even when it’s challenging.

Full Day Class?

If you sign your child up for both a morning and afternoon workshop on the same day, we'll supervise them during the lunch break, providing a full day of creative fun. between classes at no extra charge. Simply book both a morning and afternoon session, pack their lunch, and we'll take care of the rest!

Please note, The Maker Space is a secure tenancy in Floreat Forum. Doors will be secured and children will be supervised at all times. Children will be escorted to a toilet by our staff with access to an ambulant toilet (one person access at a time) which our staff will wait on the outside of the door
