In this hands-on morning session, you'll cut through the hype and get practical: spot the AI tools already at work around you, learn the four types of AI in plain language, and walk out with a prompt you actually wrote yourself for a real task in your business. No tech background needed, just bring your laptop and a task you'd love AI to help with. You'll leave with your own AI confidence snapshot and a clear next step.

Afternoon Workshop — Cyber Resilience Essentials
1:30pm – 4:30pm

Your business runs on data, and that makes it a target. This afternoon session gives you a plain-language walkthrough of the Australian Cyber Security Centre's Essential Eight, the Street Smart AI & Cyber Rules, and what to actually do in the first 10 minutes of a suspected cyber incident and leave knowing exactly which three gaps to close first in your own workplace.
