ABSTRACT:

Apollo Silver Corp.'s Calico Silver Project, in the historic Calico Mining District of San Bernardino County, California, hosts one of the largest undeveloped primary silver resources in the United States. The deposit lies within the Mojave Desert portion of the Basin and Range tectonic province of Southern California, where mid-Tertiary volcanism and northwest-trending structures localized low-sulphidation epithermal mineralization. Silver occurs as high-grade silver–barite veins hosted primarily in the Pickhandle Formation volcanics and as broad disseminations and veinlet stockworks in the overlying Barstow Formation sediments. An underlying oxide-gold system appears to be controlled by structures and stratigraphy. The 2025 Mineral Resource Estimate totals 125 Moz silver in the Measured and Indicated categories, with additional inferred silver and gold and critical-mineral barite and zinc credits, supported by an extensive historical and recent drilling database and characterized through drill core, assay results, and mineralogy. Conceptual open-pit mining and processing, an ongoing Preliminary Economic Assessment, metallurgical and geotechnical programs, permitting status, and the exploration and development define the project's path toward development.
