We're gathering industry to discuss a 'nourish and flourish' approach that everyone from hospitality novices to veterans to the intrigued general public will find fascinating and insightful.
Guests will pick up practical tips and advice – from what you can achieve on a small budget; how good culture can help retain staff; whether you need to hire a full-time HR person; the importance of processes and systems; and how to find the time to work on culture in between everything else on your to-do list.
