Enjoy a thoughtfully prepared seasonal three-course dinner, created and served by our students, alongside live music from our student band and a relaxed bonfire under the stars.

Set in our beautiful rural surroundings, this event celebrates community, connection, and student creativity.

First Course

Homegrown roasted pumpkin soup, burnt butter sage, parsley oil, focaccia (GF option)

Second Course

Smokey beef brisket, crispy roast potato, greens (GF) or Eggplant parmigiana (vegetarian option GF)

Third Course

Sticky date pudding caramel sauce and ice cream (GF option)
