For one exclusive evening, Chef Amy Hamilton (Liberte) has opened her private garden gates alongside Melissa Palinkas (Young George) for a refined ode to Mexico. With a menu celebrating open flames and local seafood, expect bold, smoky flavours and seasonal Great Southern produce inspired by Melissa’s recent travels through Mexico City and Oaxaca. An evening of exceptional food and lively conversation, this is a rare and intimate collaboration between two of WA’s most dynamic chefs.
