Smoke Scene - with Summer Dragonfly

In this workshop Summer Dragonfly will help you to channel your inner sultry siren smoke show.

Using inspiration from Burlesque stars and screen Goddesses of the 1940’s, we will explore everything from classic strut and strip to hair flicks and eye winks.

Learn to embrace the audience and yourself, be it from the stage or in front of the bathroom mirror.

The student will slink away with knowledge of popular Burlesque moves from the 1940s such as bumps and peels, creating alluring shapes with your body and how to use your hair to entice. We will also be learning how to seductively remove a piece of clothing that we can then use to further tease. Please bring an item that can be removed easily such as a button front top, zip front top or cardigan. Layers can be worn underneath for comfort.

Duration: 1.5hrs

What to bring: Comfortable heels (optional), a top that can be easily removed with a front opening with a layer underneath (like a tank top) for your comfort, clothes to move in and water.
