Gather and settle in anytime from 6:45pm.

7pm: Short meditation leading seamlessly into the playing of up to 7 Crystal Sound Bowls for 20-40 minutes.

Short meditation to Conclude by 8pm.

WHAT TO BRING:

* Yoga Mat (feel free to lay down, sit on a chair or be in whatever position is most comfortable for you)

* Cushion or Pillow

* Warm Blanket (there is a heater if needed, and a warm blanket will keep you cosy and relaxed during your Sound Bath if the night is cool)

* Water or beverage of choice for hydration afterwards (your cells are in reset mode during and after a Sound Bath, just as they are during and after any body treatment, so hydration and nourishment afterwards are key)

I have a few mats, blankets and cushions if you need to borrow one too, let me know.

PARKING: Main Parking lot with plenty of spaces at the Beach Road entrance.

At the very end of the carpark, or to the right of the carpark if you’re facing the sea, take the short grey cobblestone path. You will see the blue-grey Howick Sailing Club beneath the trees looking out to the sea.

WHAT IS A SOUND BATH?

A sound bath is a meditative experience where you’re mind and body can relax, unwind and be “bathed” and restore itself in harmonising sound waves.

The sound produced by the pure quartz crystal sound bowls creates an immersive sound that fills the room.

The felt vibrations of these “singing” bowls can settle, harmonise, heal and restore your mind and body, without you needing to actively “do” anything but take time for yourself and relax

Similar in state to a deep meditation, REM sleep or a craniosacral treatment, you will be invited to make yourself comfortable, either laying down or in whatever position feels comfortable and supportive for your body.

ABOUT ME

Sound Baths with me are heart-guided and intuitively created, allowing your mind-body system to feel at ease, in flow, comfortable to relax, unwind and receive just what is uniquely aligned and right for you.

Based in my background as a craniosacral osteopath and mind-body healer, I enjoy providing harmonising spaces and guidance that connect us comfortably with the body, allowing it to relax, unwind, and restore and replenish from the underlying energy of health and wellness that exists within each us and is constantly flowing through us.

With this connected restorative approach, the body can unwind long standing stresses and strains, harmonise physical, emotional and mental tensions, clear blocks and be in a conducive state for new ideas, insights and inspirations to smoothly flow.

So that we feel calmer and in steady flow, and things that we thought were stuck or uncomfortable get to feel easier and smoother. We develop increasing connectedness and confidence in ourselves and in our body’s ability to reset, restore and return us to flow. In this moment and in all moments.

I enjoy blending in principles from health, craniosacral therapy, energy flows, yoga, meditation, dance, music and nature.

I will be using 7 Pure Quartz Crystal Sound Bowls which resonate at different harmonising frequencies, to assist your cells and whole self to resonate and calibrate to health, wellbeing and harmony.

Your body does the work for you and attunes to the sounds in its own unique way for you.

I play the bowls intuitively and it is different every time.

The way the bowls are played is such that they resonate at a frequency which automatically matches to what and who is around them, meaning the sounds can harmonise whatever energy is present, and whatever your system is ready to receive.
