A St Andrew's Wellbeing Centre program for Members.
Smoothies and slices – the secret to good nutrients in something delicious!
Smoothies and healthy slices are a fantastic way to prepare something that is easy to consume and tasty, but also packed with good nutrients.
In this session we will teach you and get you involved in making two brilliant smoothies for health – a super green smoothie and a golden glow. You will make them, taste them, receive the recipe and learn all about the nutritional benefits.
We will also prepare a healthy slice that is perfect for morning or afternoon tea and jam-packed with highly nutritious ingredients too – something different, nutritious and delicious.
This session will be educational, a chance to connect with others over food and conversation and a nice mindful way to spend a couple of hours.
You will take home your slice, the recipes and some mindfulness tips to implement at home.
