It’s been 20 years — time to get the Class of 2006 back together!
Join us Saturday, September 26 for our 20-year reunion at a private block party outside Mildred’s in the Crossroads. Come catch up with old friends, reconnect with classmates you haven’t seen in years, and spend a night celebrating where we’ve all ended up since graduation.
No formal program, no awkward agenda — just food, drinks, old friends, and a fun night together in the heart of Kansas City.

We’ll have the outdoor block party space reserved exclusively for the Class of 2006 and our guests.
And no need to worry about the weather — if Mother Nature doesn’t cooperate, the reunion will move inside Mildred’s.

- Is this an adults-only event?
Yes! This one is for the grown-ups. Please leave the kids at home and enjoy a night out with your fellow Raiders. Spouses and significant others are absolutely welcome!
- Can I bring my spouse or significant other?
Absolutely. Guests are welcome! Just be sure to purchase a ticket for each person attending.
- Do I need to be a Shawnee Mission South Class of 2006 graduate to attend?
The reunion is for the SMS Class of 2006 and their guests. If you were part of our class but didn’t technically graduate from SMS, we’d still love to have you join us.
- What’s included with my ticket?
All tickets include admission and food. Early Bird tickets purchased through August 31 also include one complimentary drink. A cash bar will be available throughout the evening for additional drinks.
- Why should I buy my ticket early?
Two reasons! Early Bird tickets are $40 through August 31 and include one complimentary drink. Beginning September 1, General Admission increases to $50 and does not include the complimentary drink.
- What should I wear?
Keep it casual! There’s no formal dress code — come ready for a fun night out with old friends. Since we’re planning to be outdoors, keep an eye on the weather as the event gets closer.
- What happens if it rains?
The party is still on! If the weather doesn’t cooperate for our outdoor block party, we’ll move the reunion inside Mildred’s.
- Where should I park?
Parking information will be shared as we get closer to the reunion. Rideshare is always a great option for a night out in the Crossroads.
- Will I need my ticket to get in?
Yes. Keep your Humanitix ticket handy on your phone for check-in. No need to print it.
- Is the reunion private?
Yes! The outdoor block party area at Mildred’s will be reserved exclusively for our reunion and guests.
