In this work shop you will be taken on a guided meditation to connect with your creative centre, which will then lead you into creating your own smudging feather wand.

I will share with you the origins, knowledge & benifits of smudging & why it is so important to have these practices in our daily lives.

This work shop is for anyone!

Creative or not, it's about connecting with your creative centre & making the space for creation. We all have the ability to create, it's about connecting with that energy of intention & leading from that place.

This isn't just a workshop, its a journey. A chance to connect with your intuition, your inner child & your creative centre.

* You may like to bring your own materials that are meaningful to you such as feathers, crystals, drift wood, furs, leather, shells, beads etc (note all of this is provided)

*Your nest, something comfy to sit on like cushions, a mat, sheep skin, low lying beach chair, foot step etc
