You stand in the snack aisle reading the back of the packet. "High in protein." "No added sugar." "Made with real fruit." It sounds reasonable. Then you check another brand making opposite claims. You see stars, no stars. It's a minefield. Understandably, you give up and grab whatever the kids will eat.

This workshop is where the confusion stops.

In 45 minutes, you'll learn exactly how to read a food label like a nutritionist does. We'll work through real snacks brought into the room on the day, the same ones you pull off the shelf at Coles, Woolies & Aldi, and you'll leave knowing which products are genuinely good choices, which ones are clever marketing, and which ones belong back on the shelf.

No fearmongering. No "everything in the supermarket is poison." Just clear, practical knowledge you can use on your next shop.

You'll walk away with: A simple framework for reading any food label in under 30 seconds Clarity on ultra-processed foods and which ones genuinely matter A list of snacks you can feel good about buying A "swap this for that" approach for your usual brands

$59 per parent, babies and toddlers welcome free + free play time. Includes the 45 min workshop, Q&A, and The Supermarket Snack Guide delivered by email after the session. Plus free entry into Jujuba indoor play. The kids can play while you listen and learn.
