Event description

Snack is a pop-up concept store within the Gallery Shop designed to platform functional, affordable products made by emerging artists. Be the first to view and purchase new and exciting products, and get a chance to meet the talented makers.

Kingdumb the dual project of visual artists Olivia Chapman (Bugdumb) and Thomas King. With a shared love of fashion, fantasy, and friendship, Kingdumb invite you to join their celebrations of what they and friends have been learning and making.

Meet the artists, enjoy complimentary drinks, and browse an array of handmade treasures— including clothing, dolls, textiles, and art from Joseph Botica, Rose Alexander and Max Bubb.

Keep your eyes peeled for more Snack offerings on Thursday nights throughout the year!

Accessibility 

We are committed to making the IMA accessible to people of all abilities, their families, and carers, as well as visitors of different ages and different backgrounds.

The gallery entrance is on the ground floor of the Judith Wright Arts Centre, on Berwick Street. There is wheelchair access and an accessible toilet with baby changing facilities also located on the ground floor, and we welcome guide and support dogs.
