Attendees will come and learn new exercises that will improve strength, mobility, and flexibility; ultimately helping the individuals prevent injury and feel their strongest whilst playing in the mountains. People should come wearing sneakers and workout clothes. All levels are welcome! BRING YOUR OWN MAT.

Sarah Hunt is a firm believer that putting time into your body outside of your prospective sport will allow you to feel stronger, push harder, and achieve your goals in the mountains. Sarah is a certified personal trainer and nutritionist. She has worked in the fitness field for many years, and is a Ski Patroller at Alta. She practices what she preaches; staying strong outside of work allows her to do the job and stay in shape.
