Snowy 'lipreader' Album Launch w/ Ashley Bundang + Mark Rogers

Known primarily as the singer/songwriter for Naarm/Melbourne group Snowy Band, lipreader sees Liam “Snowy” Halliwell embrace the more extreme edges of this musical style - stark introspection pulled inside-out by immediate production.

Written and recorded during a brief burst of inspiration in early 2023, lipreader serves as a creative stopgap, a bridge between 2021’s full band LP Alternate Endings and future Snowy Band releases (due late 2023). In the spirit of lipreader’s creation - recorded solo at home; loungerooms, kitchens, in bed, etc -  Liam “Snowy” Halliwell will embark on a month-long national solo tour throughout May, playing intimate venues with free-form sets of improvisation and songs from the wide-ranging Snowy songbook.
