We will have support staff available on the day and beforehand to ensure everyone can attend.
We will have a set drop-off and pick-up point with AAV staff there at the beginning and the end of Snug Rock to help everyone find us and feel safe. Staff will be there to wait with you for any pick-ups at the end of Snug Rock.
Before Snug Rock we will be hosting small get-togethers to give everyone a chance to mingle and connect. This will give you time to get to know the space and people attending.
We will have small talk question cards and use the social connection system to help everyone feel safe and assert their boundaries.
We will announce dates for the pre-festival social events later in the year.
When bands are not playing on the day we will be playing a Spotify playlist and would love for you to contribute some of your favourite tunes.Â
