Snuggleplay for babies 0 - 18months and their grown-ups

Snuggleplay is an intimate, sensory theatre experience designed for babies and their caregivers, creating a gentle, immersive environment centred on connection, rest and shared presence.

This work responds to the need for early years cultural experiences that prioritise emotional safety, slowness, and embodied interaction.

Snuggleplay invites audiences into a soft world where performance unfolds through texture, sound, and proximity rather than spectacle.

Who is this for?

Suitable for pre-walking babies aged 0 to 18 months

inclusive of any disability or developmental delay

Completely FREE to participate

What to Expect

A gentle, engaging theatre experience with live music, movement, and creative play

Babies and their grown-ups seated in a small, welcoming circle (6–8 babies per session)

A chance to shape the show by sharing your feedback

A relaxed, inclusive environment designed with your baby’s needs in mind

2 shows per day (except for Friday 1 show in the morning no afternoon show)

Dates: Monday 15 June – Friday 19 June 2026

Session Times:

Morning Monday to Friday: 10:00am

Afternoon: Monday to Thursday 1:00pm

Please note: Children who are walking will not be able to participate as this show is created only for the caregiver and pre-walking baby to give the best safe intimate experience. Please make alternative care arrangements for siblings.
