Event description

So Me and Sal, is a puppet show premiering at the Robbie Burns Hotel Wyndham on Sunday afternoon May 21st. Come for lunch and relax with a drink before the show, bar and food available all afternoon.

Doors open at 12 noon, show starts at 2pm.

Sal is a mysterious furry creature with many talents; violin and guitar to name a few.
He will be singing, playing and telling stories with his ensemble of musicians at the wonderful Robbie Burns Hotel of Wyndham, NSW.

Sal is a manifestation of the archetype of innocence. The show explores what happens when this innocence encounters responsibility.

Joshua, the grown up human character, relives his past as he helps Sal negotiate emotional obstacles through the power of song.

So Me and Sal is about emotional intelligence. It presents scenarios where the moral outcome is sometimes ambiguous; the audience is invited to grow emotionally with the characters through introspection.

The So Me and Sal Ensemble is comprised of 11 talented musicians from across the Bega Valley, South Coast, Canberra area and Southern Highlands. So Me and Sal is suitable for sensitive audiences of all ages.

So Me and Sal is based on the So Me and Sal Podcast that can be found on Podbean and Apple Podcasts.

You can also follow So Me and Sal on FaceBook and Instagram.
