Travel instructions
Arriving by Vehicle: Address: 108 Costellos Rd, Doon Doon, NSW However, please note: Mobile reception in this area can be limited or SOS only. We have found some GPS maps try directing people through our neighbours property. So we recommend putting into your GPS Doon Doon Rd and then following the directions below to get to Mt Miracle. We are about 25mins from Uki and approximately 40mins from Murwillumbah and Nimbin and an hour from Byron Bay and the Gold Coast. Directions to Mt Miracle: 1. Drive along Kyogle Rd 2. Turn onto Doon Doon Rd. Follow the yellow ribbons and Mt Miracle signs once you turn onto Doon Doon Rd. 3. Drive along Doon Doon Rd approximately 5.5kms, then take a right turn to stay on Doon Doon Rd as the road straight becomes Commissioners Creek Rd. If you get to Crams Farm Reserve you have gone too far, turn back and take the turn onto Doon Doon Rd. 4. Drive another 2.7km along Doon Doon Rd. It's a windy road with beautiful scenery. As you come down a hill keep an eye out for Costellos Rd on the left towards the bottom of the hill. 5. Turn left onto Costellos Rd. Drive 1.3km along this road. It is a single-lane gravel road, so watch out for others and watch out for the potholes. Cross over two little causeway bridges across creeks. 6. You will come to a farmhouse on the LHS. Drive past the farmhouse and up and over a hill, past a rocky outcrop on the left and down through the trees until you pass another house/cabin on the RHS with private property signs. 7. Drive up a hill and look for the sign 108 on the RHS. Turn right onto a gravel road, the Mt Miracle driveway, no 4WD is required. Enter Mt Miracle at the wooden gates, where someone will be waiting to meet you and direct you to your camping site. Arrival time is from 12pm on Thursday the 25th of April. If you anticipate arriving after 6pm, please call Natz on 0429091344 to confirm your arrival time so we can be sure to have someone available to meet you at the gate.
Entry instructions
You will enter via our front gates and follow the road as directed by staff and volunteers.
After entry instructions
You will be met and directed to your camp location upon entry by our friendly staff and volunteers.
Hazards
There are numerous natural trip hazards around, please be careful. We can assist you accessing the Barn via our sliding doors.
Toilet location
The toilets and showers are at the end of the Barn.
Accessible parking
We have plenty of space for accessible parking and can arrange additional help should you require it, just let us know upon check in.
