Soap Making Workshop with Rocio



Join us for a social session making beautiful olive and coconut oil soap using the hot process soap making method.

Your instructor Rocio will cover:

• Differences between the hot and cold processes
• Safety measures
• How to use the Soap Calculator to make your own tailored recipes
• Natural additives that you can use when formulating your own recipes.

In pairs you'll make a batch of olive and coconut oil soap so you can leave with your first batch of soap, and the knowledge to make much more at home. All equipment and materials are provided, although you might like to bring your own silicone baking molds and any favourite essential oils to take your soap to the next level.

Please note this workshop is only suitable for people over the age of 18.

Our weekly farmer's market will be in full swing during your workshop, so it's worth arriving a little early to check out the stalls and maybe buy some fresh produce.

Perth City Farm is a community urban farm that supports connected, sustainable communities.
