At our first SOAP SHOW, Rob will be sharing insights into his career journey, the highs and lows of running an agency and some of his favourite projects as Firme approaches 10 years in business.

Working with leading brands such as Coopers Brewery, Dreamworld, and LEGO, Rob is a multi-disciplinary creative director and the owner of Firme Agency.

His career began in graphic design before expanding into film and TV, where he infuses his work with a passion for design, culture, and human connection. Rob’s directing style often features storytelling from a child’s perspective, creating narratives that resonate with audiences’ memories of youth. His projects blend poetic imagery, warmth, humour, and technical finesse, offering fresh perspectives on familiar themes.
