Aptly coined as “an all to the floor escapade into electronic music and its effect on the mind and the senses”, the Naarm-based record label, mix and event series has time and time again proved to be a staple among underground electronic music enthusiasts on home turf and beyond.
To us, Steeplejack is a study of underground electronic music in the unique social and cultural contexts it was created within; hand-picked, locally sourced and expertly crafted into an near-encyclopaedic form for you to digest.
Curated by Harold, the record label has been the driving force for many, at the time, up and coming artists in Naarm and boasts a steady catalogue of releases since 2015 with involving: Cutting Room, Reptant, OK EG, DBR and Sam Brickel.
Now proudly 10 years strong and ever-growing, we’re thrilled to announce a night of Steeplejack to highlight the profound auditory impact the label has had on us, and will soon have on you
